Shipping policy
Our products are made to order by hand in small batches. Please allow 5 days for items to ship, as we are making every effort to keep your products fresh upon arrival.Â
If your shipment arrives damaged, please take photos of the box as well as the product so that we can successfully file a claim and replace your items for you quickly. Those photos can be emailed to BeeNatural1376@gmail.com
Due to the nature of my products, I do not offer returns. I want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to find an acceptable solution if there is an issue with your order.
Once tracking number has been provided, no changes can be made to order. If the shipping address given is incorrect and is returned, it's the buyer's responsibility to pay for new shipping.
